Life at Easy E Cattle Company

Since 1973, our family has worked on building our cattle herds. We are a fourth-generation, family-owned and operated farm and ranch outside of Orleans, Nebraska. What began as a commercial herd has grown into breeding registered AHCA Highlands and Gelbvieh-Balancers. 

 Growing up on the farm and ranch, the lifestyle was instilled in Jason from an early age. A "city-kid", Kelsi took to life on the farm quickly -- and, she wouldn't have it any other way! Together, they raised their two sons, Connor and Easton, with the same work ethic and appreciation that comes with the ranching lifestyle.

Connor and Easton Bose grew up learning the value of hard work on the family's farming and ranching operations. Connor returned home after graduating from Spartan School of Aeronautics with his AMT. Easton has a passion for his livestock and is often found in the show arena with friends and has quite the collection of hardware to show!

When it comes to building dependable, efficient and productive cattle, Gelbvieh-Balancer bulls make a real difference in a commercial herd. At Easy E Cattle Company, we've seen firsthand how the right genetics create cows that work harder, last longer and raise better calves year after year.

Our Gelbvieh-Balancer cattle are registered through the American Gelbvieh Association and meet all breeding and quality standards. The Balancer cross combines the maternal power and efficiency of Gelbvieh with the carcass quality and consistency of Angus. These animals offer proven, predictable genetics that perform.

Our Highlands might look a little different than the rest of the herds, but they share the same values that define everything we do: sound structure, calm disposition, and quality. We've built our Highland program on temperament, strength and conformation. These animals perform as well as they photograph!
